Q: Where is the site located and can you provide directions
A: The festival site, Tower City Amphitheater located in the heart of Cleveland,
OH, is a 31,000 square-foot open-air amphitheater. The site is located behind
Cleveland’s most historic landmark Tower City Center at “Collision
Bend” on the Cuyahoga River.
From I – 77 North Bound
- Exit #163 - "E. 9th Street Exit."
- Follow ramp around tothe right.
(You will be heading north on Orange towards Jacobs Field. Orange becomes Ontario.)
- Cross Broadway/E. 9th Street
- Cross Carnegie and get in left lane.
(Jacobs Field will be on your right.)
- Make a left turn on to Eagle.
- Make the first left on to W. 3rd Street Ramp.
- At the bottom of ramp make left turn on to W. 3rd Stret.
- Make a left turn in to parking lot.
From I – 90 West Bound
- Exit #173A - "Prospect Avenue Exit" - Tower City/Jacobs Field.
- Make a right on Prospect Avenue.
- Proceed 6 blocks.
- Cross E. 9th Street.
- Make an angled left on to Huron.
(Gund Arena will be on your left.)
- At Ontario, make a left. Get in right lane.
- Before passing Jacobs Field, make a right turn on to Eagle.
- Make the first left on to W. 3rd Street Ramp.
- At bottom of ramp make left turn on to W. 3rd Street.
- Make a left turn in to parking lot.
From
I -90 East Bound and I -71 North Bound Inner Belt
- Exit #171B - "Tower City Exit" / "Ontario Street Exit."
- Take Ontario one block to Carnegie.
- Cross Carnegie and get in left lane.
(Jacobs Field will be on your right.)
- Make a left turn on to Eagle.
- Make the first left turn on to W. 3rd Street Ramp.
- At bottom of ramp make left turn on to W. 3rd Street.

Q: What time do the grounds open?
A: The parking lot and grounds will be open at 12 pm
Q: Where are the closest airports to the venue?
A: There is an airport located right in Cleveland ( airport code : CLE)
Q: Will there be any provided transportation from the Airport to the site?
A: No, you will need to arrange your own form of transportation. Below are some
suggestions.
For a quick, convenient ride to and from Airport try using RTA's Red Line. It's
simple to catch the Red Line train and it takes less than 30 minutes to ride
to or from Downtown Cleveland’s Tower City Station. The Rapid is $1.50.From
Monday through Saturday the Red Line operates every 15 minutes until 12:59 a.m.
On Sunday, the rapid operates until 9:55 p.m. after that you can take the RTA
66S shuttle-bus that departs from the ticketing level until 1:00 p.m. The 66S
airport shuttle bus departs Cleveland Hopkins Airport from the upper level area
every half-hour. Riding the rapid only costs $1.50 each way. to downtown Cleveland.

A: -Empty water bottles (non glass containers ONLY)
-Non framed backpacks ( they will be inspected upon arrival)
Q: What is not allowed into the concert area?
A: - No weapons
-No fireworks
- No illegal substances
- No glass bottles or any sorts of cans
- No food
Q: What is the taping policy going to be? Will we need special taper tickets?
A: Audio Taping will be permitted. Video Taping will NOT be permitted. Tapers
will not need special tickets.
Q: Will cameras be allowed?
A: Yes , still photos will be allowed.
Q: Will chairs be allowed in the concert area?
A: No
